Fantastic apartment completely renovated on the beachfront, located on the Santa Margarita promenade and with a large 33m2 terrace overlooking the Bay of Roses.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor with a lift and a private closed garage on the ground floor of the building.
It has 3 double rooms, one of them suite type, with double bed and bathroom, another one with 2 small beds, and another one with 2 bunk beds. The 3 rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV in each of them.
In the living room we find a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and induction hob.
It has air conditioning and heating so you can enjoy your holidays throughout the year.
The location of the apartment is ideal, close to shops and restaurants where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine.

Komplizierte WC anlage, irgend eine Motor kaputt und WC nicht mehr brauchbar, das watter wahr voll mit Wasser, fast am überlaufen. Zum Glück wahr die 2te WC vorhanden.
