Spectacular apartment in Santa Margarita with ocean views one minute from the beach.
The apartment is located on the third floor of the building with an elevator and has 2 parking spaces in the same building.
The apartment has a fully equipped American kitchen and a very bright living room that gives access to a large 16m2 terrace with sea views.
We also found 2 rooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with 2 small beds.
It also has 1 full bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the dining room, French TV decoder and a nice chill out to enjoy the terrace in summer.
Animals are not accepted
