Appartement très bien équipé, avec une belle vue sur la mer, le fait d être au 9/ème étage permet à l air de circuler, la piscine dans la résidence est très apprécié par les petits et les grands. La proximité de la mer aussi.

Le frigo mérite d être changer, et le second point, mais qui ne dépendant pas de la propriétaire, c est le stationnement qui est insuffisant dans la zone.
